Gisela Goppel

Gisela Goppel lives and works in Regensburg, Germany. She studied textile design at the University of Arts in Berlin and illustration in Barcelona. In her illustrations she looks to create an independent contribution that speaks for itself. In order to visualize a feeling, to create an atmosphere or to render an identity she attempt to find the right balance between abstract and narrative elements.

She works with clients such as Biotherm, Der Spiegel, DM-Drogerie Markt, dtv, Dumont, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Kiepenheuer & Witsch, Mykita, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, Rowohlt, Triumph, Weleda amongst many others.
