Carmen Segovia

Carmen Segovia is an artist and illustrator based in Barcelona, Spain. After a first period of set design studies she specializes in illustration at Llotja And Eina Art School in Barcelona. In 2002 her illustrations were selected at the Bologna Children Books Fair and since then she has not stopped developing illustrated narrative projects. She contributes to international press and publications, while regularly signing illustrated books. She also develops her personal drawing series, short comic stories and other collaborative projects. She teaches illustrated Narrative in Master in Creative Illustration at BAU Design College.

Carmen works with clients such as AOK, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, El Pais, International Theater Amsterdam, Mercedes Benz, Neue Zürcher Zeitung amongst many others.
